"After being in an office environment for so many years, it was great fun for me to interact with the kids and the coaches, outdoors! I loved seeing the kids become excited about golf and watching them put into practice the 9 Core Values they were learning. I believe strongly in the Mission of The First Tee and have a particular interest in the 9 Healthy Habits being implemented in the program. Both children and parents can benefit from The First Tee, and I look forward to helping the program grow in our area."

"When a friend told me about his volunteer work with The First Tee of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, I knew immediately that I wanted Oxford youth to have the same opportunities and experiences. The combination of its strong focus on The Nine Core Values and golf, plus the potential for college scholarships, is outstanding. Our community and our local school district have warmly embraced The First Tee and recognize its well-rounded youth program. I am incredibly proud to be associated with The First Tee of Greater Miami Valley."
